• Service content — permits, cargo details, and routes you submit for planning.

• to create and manage your account (performance of a contract);
• to provide route planning and permit analysis (performance of a contract);
• to secure the Service and prevent fraud (legitimate interests);
• to improve and develop the Service (legitimate interests);
• to provide customer support (performance of a contract);
• to send service or marketing communications (consent, where required).

3. Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, mapping, AI, and analytics providers that help us run the Service.
• Stripe — our payment provider, for processing payments, subscription management, tax calculation, and invoicing. Stripe handles your payment details directly; we never receive your full card number.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

5. International transfers

Where your data is transferred outside your home country or the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
