Money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to change-of-mind requests; nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@haulpilot.app and we will help arrange it.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
